EcoPoxy is usually found as one of two possible finishing solutions: UVPoxy or FlowCast. UVPoxy is a strong, clear finish that is intended to be used for projects or applications that are up to 1/4” thick. It has the ability to self-level, so that will be a huge help later on and, once the initial layer cures, you can pour additional layers on top of each other until you end up with the desired thickness you are looking for. Keep in mind that UVPoxy is wonderful for high traffic areas such as restaurants. The finish will be extremely glossy and offer exceptional color stability!

Conversely, FlowCast is a popular and reliable casting resin that is typically considered best to use for projects and applications that are somewhere between 1/2” to 1½” thick. River tables, wall art, and encapsulating projects are some of the most popular projects that people undertake when they encounter a need for FlowCast. The superb air release, overall durability, minimal odor, and clear finish are only a handful of the many benefits associated with using this amazing product! You can combine FlowCast with metallic or liquid pigments to create just about any color you can think of, or let it cure into a cool and crisp liquid glass! Once it is all set in, you can treat it like any other piece of wood and cut straight into it with regular saw blades for a customized look!
