If you are new to EcoPoxy, then you might be unsure of how to exactly measure out your portions when you’re preparing the resin for a pour. Well, the Pour Pail solves that problem immediately. Located directly on the side of the Pour Pail is a highly visible, and easily readable diagram that displays what quantities needed to be added to form the perfect resin for your pour. Additionally, the ergonomic design of the Pour Pail itself allows for a steady, constant pour in a controlled manner.

EcoPoxy can be poured on top of itself after each previous layer has been given time to cure properly. The possibilities are endless when it comes to desired thickness, but for most projects you would not need more than one to three layers. Which comes out to anywhere between ½ to 4 inches in thickness. Anything more than that is probably overkill. Most tables and countertops only need one layer to be effective. Curing times vary wildly depending on the environment the resin is in and the overall surface area of it. However, in general terms, one to three days is the safe bet when considering curing time. EcoPoxy is safe to use indoors as well. So if you don’t have a ventilated shop to work in, or a decent area outside to do your project, then you can rest assured that EcoPoxy won’t harm you or your family if used indoors.
