Good Luck Charm
It’s no secret that a horseshoe is affiliated with good luck in general. So many Hollywood and pop culture references mention it with famous quotes or sayings, but few people know the origins of how it all started. Believe it or not, you can trace the horseshoe good luck charm all the way back to Ancient Greece and also in early forms of Christianity. They were originally made out of iron and that type of metal was commonly believed to ward off evil, and it was once believed that iron was magical because it “withstood fire”. So it didn’t take long before they were adorning homes, ships, and even armor.
